The Young Leaders Initiative is a collection of programs designed to create a "culture of call" which engages young people as Christian leaders in the Metro Detroit area for the transformation of the church and world. Primarily YLI focuses on the Metro Youth Encounter & Motown Mission Experience programs for Middle School and Senior High students and the Transforming Leaders, Catalyst, & Detroit Villages/emergedetroit.org programs for young adults.
