Rev. Terry Niles Gladstone dedicated her ministry to supporting young people in their development as leaders for the transformation of the church and world.  Through her founding of the Mission Intern Program of the Detroit Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church she helped young adults serve with passion, local churches grow in mission, and people of faith discern God's call in their lives.  This program has engaged hundreds of young people in service and discernment since its launch in 1999.

The Terry N. Gladstone Young Leaders Fund  continues Terry's legacy of supporting young adults in missional internships so that they may experience the unique, unrepeatable miracles of God at work in them and in their communities.
